Essex Family Forum use this information to continuously represent YOUR views and experiences through the SEND partnership Board, Joint Commissioning Board, EHCP work streams, Local Offer development, Neurodevelopment pathways, Mental Health in Schools, short breaks, transport and lots of other areas.

Surveys
Our first Family Impact Survey in 2020 gave us the baseline information of parent/carer experience in Essex and this survey will be used to measure how and where there has been improvement and identify where there still needs to be an improvement in support and information for families. There are many things that are currently being developed specifically as a result of parental feedback and we will routinely repeat this survey to continue to measure the impact of changes to families.
