Family Impact Surveys
Our first Family Impact Survey in 2020 gave us the baseline information of parent/carer experience in Essex and this survey will be used to measure how and where there has been improvement and identify where there still needs to be an improvement in support and information for families. There are many things that are currently being developed specifically as a result of parental feedback and we will routinely repeat this survey to continue to measure the impact of changes to families.
Family Impact Survey 2025 is now LIVE!
We are pleased to announce that the ‘new look’ Family Impact Survey 2025 is now live. We are conducting this survey to measure the current levels of parental satisfaction with local services for SEND Families and to compare with the data collected within our previous surveys. We took on board your feedback from our previous surveys and have reduced the number of questions so completing the survey should only take approximately 10 minutes.
